With Key Arguments This Spring, WTP USA Poised to Deliver Major Religious Liberty Victory
Believe it or not, it’s already been over six years since we were thrown headfirst into the covid hysteria. Most of us would like to forget the era of lockdowns, mandates, and hospital protocol deaths, but here at We The Patriots USA, we are ever-mindful that we must never forget. Or, more precisely, our mission is to see to it that the law never forgets, so that justice can be served for all of us.
This spring, we are on the precipice of a monumental victory for religious liberty. In a little over two weeks, we will stand before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to deliver an argument in the case of Milford Christian Church (MCC). The State of Connecticut tried to shut down MCC’s preschool and daycare, because MCC refused to force all of its children to be vaccinated, and continued to honor the religious exemptions of its families. It is our firm position that the Constitution does not allow the state to interfere in the operations of a church, and that the state cannot prohibit the free exercise of religion in a classroom – even in the name of public health.
