We The Patriots USA, Inc. was founded out of necessity. In a time when all of the things we hold most dear–faith, family, health, truth, and freedom–are under constant attack, there is no choice but to stand up and take back our country.
Having to worry about whether or not you can afford to defend yourself is a terrible feeling. This is especially true when you’re up against someone with much more resources – like a large corporation, the state, or even the federal government. That’s why We The Patriots USA is committed to providing pro bono legal representation to everyday, freedom-loving Patriots like you from coast to coast. With lawsuits filed and victories claimed for health freedom, religious freedom, Second Amendment rights, free speech, and so much more, we are more than just a law firm. We are Patriots like you, committed to taking back our country, one lawsuit at a time.
Mission Statement
Our goal is to create a powerful network of Patriots to preserve and reclaim our God-given inalienable rights–including but not limited to the rights recorded in the United States Constitution–through litigation, education, and advocacy. We are a nonpartisan organization that does not engage in political activity or lobbying.
We The Patriots USA, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Here are just some of the things our organization is working to protect:

- Parental rights
- Educational freedom, whether in public, private, or home schools
- First Amendment rights
- Second Amendment rights
- Free enterprise/capitalism, unencumbered by government regulation
- Military service members and veterans’ rights, including veteran healthcare in and out of the service
- Environmental safety, especially the removal of electronic/radiological and chemical toxins
- Food safety and farmers’ rights

Our Founders
Dawn Jolly
President & Co-Founder
Dawn is a 9/11 Navy Veteran who has been fighting for freedom for well over two decades. She signed up for the Delayed Entry Program at the age of 16 and joined the United States Navy at 17. Dawn experienced vaccine injury (as did her son who was born in a military facility), being forced to receive two rounds of all of her required shots (including anthrax) after her medical records were “lost.”
Dawn returned to New York to utilize the Post-911 Montgomery GI Bill, attending Fordham University where she graduated with honors after completing multiple degrees. During this time, she served as the Assistant Director for Edge4Vets, a program that assists veterans in networking, business and career opportunities so that they can create the life that they want.
While running this program, Dawn was offered an opportunity to work at Pfizer’s corporate headquarters in NYC. Working at Pfizer’s executive level directly under now-CEO Albert Bourla, she oversaw the Vaccines, Oncology and Consumer Healthcare divisions (VOC). Here Dawn gained insider knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry that provides her with a level of insight that is unrivaled in the fight to preserve and regain health freedom. Dawn also served as a legislative lobbyist in Connecticut, advocating for legislation to protect our God given inalienable rights as guaranteed by the United States Constitution, while serving as President of the Connecticut Freedom Alliance.
Dawn’s extensive professional experience also includes years of work as a health coach, as a cybersecurity engineer and information technology consultant. She founded We The Patriots USA, Inc. on July 4, 2020 along with her business partner and friend, Brian Festa, where they fight for the rights of all American citizens, including military veterans.

Brian Festa is a Civil Rights Attorney who, along with his business partner and friend Dawn Jolly, founded We The Patriots USA to preserve and reclaim our God-given inalienable rights. With 15 years of experience working in state government, Brian has investigated, mediated, and/or prosecuted cases of discrimination in the workplace, housing, and places of public accommodation. Brian also conducted thousands of hearings as an administrative hearing officer for the labor department prior to working as a civil rights attorney.
Brian is a father of two who first became involved in health freedom activism and legal work several years ago, after his son was seriously injured by a vaccine, resulting in lifelong disabilities. Aside from managing the extensive litigation caseload of We The Patriots USA, Brian travels throughout the nation to speak about the work of We The Patriots USA, including multiple appearances at Clay Clark’s Reawaken America Tour. Brian has also been a guest on dozens of broadcasts, including The Glenn Beck Program, The Charlie Kirk Show, The Steve Deace Show, Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz, The Absolute Truth with Emerald Robinson, Steve Bannon’s War Room, Infowars, and The Health Ranger Report with Mike Adams.
