Let’s face it: dating is hard these days, maybe harder than it’s ever been. That’s not to say that it was ever really easy, but the list of screening questions for those looking for sane, clean partners is growing longer by the day. Near the top of that list is whether your potential soulmate is awake to the evils of the pharmaceutical industry (particularly with regard to mass vaccination), or if they’re hopelessly jab-happy.

Unjected was founded to make dating a whole lot easier for those seeking clean, healthy partners who don’t believe everything they’re fed by Big Pharma and its propaganda arms (read: the government and the media). But when they tried to host a mixer event for unvaccinated singles at Recess Beer Garden in Denver earlier this year, they were shut down after complaints like this about the event from courageous keyboard warriors:

“Come for the singles [sic] leave with the shingles”

“my partner and I met on the unjected app 6 months ago. They died 2 weeks later from measles.”

“SUPER excited to go to this! I currently have STDs, covid, hantavirus, measles, and polio! All in one…”

Recess issued a statement to the media explaining its decision to cancel Unjected’s mixer event:

“Because the event organizers did not comply with Recess policies for hosting large events, and due to the escalating safety concerns surrounding this situation, this advertised event will not take place at Recess Beer Garden.”

Luckily, Unjected reached out to We The Patriots USA for help. We’ve retained legal counsel for them, and are funding their legal defense. On September 14, 2026, we filed an amended complaint in federal court, alleging discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and defamation.

You can read the complaint in its entirety here.
