Today we are proud to announce that we are backing a lawsuit filed by the unvaccinated dating service Unjected, against Recess Beer Garden in Denver, Colorado. Recess canceled a mixer event scheduled to take place at its bar in May of this year, after a public outcry against them for hosting a singles event for the unvaccinated. Recess also issued a false public statement about Unjected, accusing them of violating the bar’s event policy. Unjected is seeking substantial monetary damages for perceived disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and defamation.
