Brandon Bonner’s four-year-old daughter is nonverbal and diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. She relies heavily on the Stamford, CT school district to provide her with critical special education services and programming. But the Stamford Board of Education (BOE) is now refusing to provide Bonner’s daughter with any of these services – or even attend preschool at all – unless she receives all vaccinations required by Connecticut law.
As Christians, the Bonners have a religious objection to these vaccinations, which they communicated to the school. But the Stamford BOE refused to budge. And to make matters worse, they have now threatened to report the Bonners to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families for “educational neglect,” despite the fact that the school district is the one refusing to educate the child!
As you know, We The Patriots USA has made a firm commitment to defend all parents’ rights to religious liberty and health freedom. And we’ve also vowed to do everything in our power to end medical kidnapping in this country. Sadly, these missions have converged in the Bonners’ case.
