Two and a half years after she was abducted from her home by Florida DCF officials, Kenlee Zuraff has been returned home to her mother, Joy. Following a hearing at the Santa Rosa Courthouse on Friday, September 4, 2026, Senator Don Gaetz reported the news during a press conference open to the public. BrokenTruth.tv also reported the news in a Substack post on Monday.
We The Patriots USA first became involved in the case in February of this year, after Kenlee’s mother, Joy, reached out to us for help. Since then, we raised over $23,000 for Joy’s legal expenses. But the fight isn’t quite over yet. Joy has only supervised custody until December, when the (hopefully) final hearing will be held to determine whether she will regain permanent custody. Since we have committed to support Joy throughout this ordeal as funds allow, we will continue fundraising for this case to pay for the legal expenses associated with the December hearing.
