Just yesterday, Attorney Cameron Atkinson argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on behalf of We The Patriots USA, Inc. and three New York healthcare workers in an attempt to stop New York’s unconstitutional prohibition on religious exemptions from taking effect. This afternoon the Second Circuit granted our motion in part, ruling that the State of New York is “enjoined … from enforcing the mandate against persons claiming religious exemptions…” Although this is only a temporary victory while the litigation presses on (we have another hearing before the Second Circuit on October 14, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. ET, to seek a lengthier injunction), we think it’s definitely cause for celebration. Let us take a moment to thank the tireless work of Attorney Atkinson and the other members of our powerful legal team, including Attorneys Norm Pattis and Earl Austin Voss. We would also like to thank you, our donors who have generously supported our legal efforts. Most of all, let us take a moment to thank GOD.

The battle is far from over. We have a long way to go not only in this lawsuit, but in the many other legal battles we are waging in defense of individual freedoms throughout the country. Please consider a donation today so that we can maintain the momentum! No government or corporation should ever be able to tell you what to put in your body or what to believe. We still live in the greatest country in the world, where LIBERTY IS THE LAW. God bless you all!
