We have just learned that the appeal we filed in our Connecticut religious exemption lawsuit will be considered at the U.S. Supreme Court Justices’ conference on Friday, February 16, 2024. After years of litigation, it all comes down to this. This case could determine whether children may claim religious exemptions to state vaccination mandates for school attendance not only in Connecticut, but throughout the nation. Since California became the first state to lose its school exemption in 2015, Big Pharma has lobbied to eliminate exemptions in state legislatures all over the country, and was successful in getting New York, Maine, and Connecticut to pass legislation repealing religious exemptions. The medical and religious freedom communities have united to fight back in court against this injustice, and our battle has culminated in this petition now under consideration by the nation’s highest court. If granted, we will be the first to argue a case of this nature before the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Justices will be deciding whether Connecticut violated the U.S. Constitution when it eliminated religious exemptions to school vaccinations, denying an equal education to all families with religious convictions opposed to vaccination. The Justices’ decision is expected to be released to the public on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

This litigation has been very expensive, and the fight is not over. Please consider a donation today to help us keep fighting for your children and grandchildren. Regardless of the outcome of this case, we are committed to continuing the fight to protect your religious and medical freedoms. God bless you, and please pray for us on February 16th!
