As many of you know, we have been battling in court to win back the religious exemption to mandatory school vaccinations since that right was first stripped from Connecticut parents on April 28, 2021 (our federal lawsuit was filed two days later, on April 30, 2021). Although earlier this year the U.S. Supreme Court unfortunately declined to review our federal case, our state court lawsuit is still very much alive. Today we filed an amended complaint in that litigation on behalf of two Connecticut parents whose children were not allowed to enroll in kindergarten after the state decided that parents in Connecticut did not deserve religious liberty, forcing them to choose between and education and vaccinations that would violate their sincere religious beliefs. You can read the entire complaint here. Please take the time to read it when you have a few moments, as it clearly exposes the state’s lies regarding the public health data in Connecticut with regard to vaccinations.

We are not backing down from this fight. We will not give up until Connecticut parents’ – and all parents’ – right to choose is honored and protected. As we have been working on this litigation for going on four years now, the legal expenses have mounted. If you support our efforts, please consider making a tax-deductible gift today. And as we near the year’s end, please also pray that we are blessed abundantly so we can fight even harder in 2025.
