As promised, we have filed an appeal challenging the denial of our preliminary injunction request in our lawsuit challenging New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s unconstitutional ban on the possession of firearms in public parks and playgrounds. The appeal is now before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. We were the first organization to file an appeal, and we intend to keep fighting this to the United States Supreme Court if necessary. But our work is only made possible with your support.
