We The Patriots USA, joined by Liberty Counsel, Pacific Justice Institute, and Freedom Counsel, today submitted a letter to the newly-formed Religious Liberty Commission, in advance of the Commission’s inaugural meeting on Monday, June 16, 2025. We are urging the Commission to refrain from recommending Executive Branch action, as we believe strongly that to do so would ultimately have disastrous consequences for individual liberties – and in particular religious liberty – as it would cede more power to the federal government that is in fact reserved to the people under the U.S. Constitution.
