Our 2025 litigation strategy is bold and comprehensive, but simple: to fight evil – everywhere, in every form. While it may seem ambitious, it’s entirely possible, with your help. We are only limited in what we can accomplish by the dollars we receive. Since we offer all of our legal services to our clients 100% pro bono, we rely exclusively on the generosity of our donors to fuel our mission. Here’s a peek at just a few of the things we’re working on this year:

  • Winning back religious exemptions to mandatory school vaccinations.

California, New York, Connecticut, and Maine currently force children to receive a host of vaccinations as a condition to receive an education (both in public and private schools), with no option to decline them on religious grounds. We have always maintained that this is a blatant violation of religious freedom, and a heinous form of religious discrimination. We already have two lawsuits in Connecticut, and we are working on litigation in the other three states. Your gift would be a tremendous help in reaching our goal of getting lawsuits filed in all of these states before the summer.

  • Putting an end to medical kidnapping in America.

Last month, we announced our commitment to end medical kidnapping in America. Within days of that announcement, we declared a victory for a Connecticut mom who was being investigated by the Department of Children and Families for choosing to decline vaccinations for her newborn. Because of your support, we were able to step in quickly to stop this abuse of power, and protect her right to choose what she puts into her baby’s body. We have recently been contacted by several other families in need of legal help due to threatened or actual medical kidnapping. Your gift will make it possible for us to save many more children from state capture.

  • Protecting our children from radical transgender ideology in schools.

Schools should be for academic learning, not radical indoctrination. We send our children to schools with the expectation that they will learn critical reading, writing, and math skills, not so that they can learn how to transition from a male to a female without their parents knowing. Despite the President’s recent executive orders on this issue, schools in states like California, New York, and Illinois are pushing back, with no intention of removing this ideology from their curriculums. That’s why we took on the legal defense of kindergarten teacher Mirella Ramirez in Oakland, California, who was fired for refusing to use “preferred gender pronouns” in the classroom when addressing her five-year-old student. Protecting our children in school begins with defending our teachers’ right to refuse to participate in this dangerous indoctrination. We are committed to take this fight all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary, where a victory for Mirella will be a victory for every teacher in America, and our children. Your gift can make that victory possible.

  • Stopping illegal gun grabs by power-hungry politicians.

Whether or not you are a firearms owner, we hope you agree with us that the Second Amendment is worth defending. The United States of America is unique in enshrining this into our Constitution as a sacred human right. Why? Because the Founding Fathers knew all too well what happens to a population that is disarmed. The public fear campaign pushed by anti-gun lobbyists and politicians under the auspices of “public safety” is reminiscent of the covid era propaganda. We will never accept that the best way to protect the population is by removing its fundamental rights. That’s why we currently have three lawsuits ongoing (two in Connecticut, and one in New Mexico) to fight back against bans on the possession and carrying of firearms. We are now eyeing a new lawsuit in Colorado, where a host of new firearms restrictions are set to be passed by the state legislature. With your support, we can ensure that Americans never lose the right to protect their families and homes.
